Outgoing Cronulla Sharks star Shaun Johnson has snappily sold his Sutherland Shire home prior to auction.
The four-bedroom duplex had a price guide of $2.1 million to $2.3 million but sold just days before it was set to go under the hammer for $2.45 million.
Selling agent Reno Santaguida of The Property Co. Group was expecting over 15 bidders on the day.
The luxury home right on the Woolooware Golf Course has a separate loungeroom, large open plan living, dining area and kitchen, as well as an outdoor entertainment area with built in barbecue and pool.
The main bedroom also comes with a built-in wardrobe, an ensuite and views of the golf club.
Johnson has played most of his career with the New Zealand Warriors and will rejoin them after the conclusion of the 2021 season.
He is currently recovering from a hamstring injury and will miss the rest of the season, ending his tenure with the Sharks.
