Downsizers not ready to sacrifice space or an extra carpark are revving up for a rare Mont Albert development.
The Montage project is expected to have about 30 apartments in it, with a number of buyers merging multiple units for super-sized homes.
Buyers can upsize their garage space, too, with scope for two or even three carparks.
Castran Gilbert’s David Howard said the bonus parking, and a project in Mont Albert, were rarities.
“And it presents well as a quality development with a quality fit-out,” Mr Howard said.
Floorplans span 75-100sq m for two-bedroom homes, and about 111sq m for three-bedroom offerings.
Spacious kitchens include an island bench with marble work surfaces and splashbacks, as well as ASKO and Gorenje appliances from Europe.
A light and bright aesthetic can be accentuated with a white colour scheme, or highlights can be added with a dark option.
Aside from a ground-level cafe, the building will not have shared amenities, keeping owners corporation fees low to suit those looking to keep their outgoings low.
Construction has started, and the project is already 30 per cent sold.
Two-bedroom apartments are priced from $699,000-$895,000 and three-bedroom offerings, from $1.045m-$1.049m.
