Bruce McWilliam lists Point Piper apartment with $14m guide after third investment sells for $9m+

Seven Network commercial director Bruce McWilliam has listed his Point Piper waterfront apartment with a $14m guide, having sold a third investment property for more than $9m.

The savvy property investor has now sold more than $50m worth of property — including a waterfront home at 42A Wolseley Road, Point Piper for about $33m — in just six weeks.

The latest to sell was a five-bedroom home on a 579 sqm block close by at 4 Wolseley Road.

McWilliam’s agent, Brad Pillinger of Pillinger, said the home had been withdrawn from sale, however other sources have confirmed to the Wentworth Courier that the home has, in fact, sold for above its price guide.

It’s understood the sales are part of a plan by McWilliam to refresh his investment portfolio, worth more than $200m.

The apartment at 1/56 Wolseley Road, Point Piper, has been beautifully renovated.

The house at 4 Wolseley Road may have even sold within days of Pillinger showing buyers through.
