NRL star Kieran Foran and his wife Karina have snappily sold their Central Coast weekender investment.
They got $1 million for the Terrigal townhouse, after just seven days of marketing through McGrath agents Trevor Hamilton and Charlie Betar.
It was a newly built townhouse when they bought the contemporary five-bedroom residence in 2018 at $775,000.
The townhouse, with 323sqm space, including rear lawn, is in the Somerset complex, located just 2km from the beach.
CoreLogic data indicates it has had a $1000-a-week asking rent.
The neighbouring townhouse sold last month at $825,000, having been bought in 2018 at $790,000, so the couple bought well and sold well.
The Manly Warringah Sea Eagles returnee is set to battle it out with rising talent Josh Schuster for the five-eighth spot in 2021.
The veteran premiership-winning half has played just 66 games from a possible 116 due to injuries over recent years.
Karina, a Central Coast fitness instructor and hairdresser, emerged as Foran’s love interest in 2017
Foran had sold the family home at Freshwater for $3,055,000, as well as a $700,000 Dee Why investment apartment, and then spent $1.7m on a St Ives family home, with Karina taking an equal share.
The Terrigal Somerset complex project launched in 2014, with six townhouses being sold in 2018.
